Dr. Rachel Perteet, originally from McAlester, Oklahoma, pursued an animal science degree at Oklahoma State University before her acceptance into OSU's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.  She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. Upon graduation, Dr. Perteet began practicing at a mixed animal clinic in Oklahoma before joining Tri-County Veterinary Hospital.

    Dr. Perteet currently resides in Blue Ridge.  In her spare time, she enjoys riding her horse "Rio," fishing and traveling.
